Terms and conditions
GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed below.
No cancellations will be accepted after the rough draft has been confirmed. If you wish to cancel your commission, please do so before or during the rough draft consultation.
I will provide updates during the process and maintain open communication regarding progress and timelines.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission that does not align with my style, availability, or guidelines.CAN/CANNOT
The commissioned illustration will be done in my art style.
CAN draw: OCs, fan art, characters of any age and gender, mild sexual themes, slight gore, humanoid characters with light furry features (e.g. ears, tails)
CANNOT/WON'T draw: mecha, NSFW or explicit adult content, heavy gore, extreme violence, full furry/anthro charactersREVISIONS
Revisions can only be done during the rough draft stage. Minor revisions (small detail changes) may be allowed after the final piece is delivered, but major changes will not be accepted at that stage.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
If there's a specific deadline, please do inform ahead of time. I aim to deliver the completed piece within the discussed timeframe. However, please note that timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. I will communicate any delays.
Rush orders (for deadlines less than 3 weeks from the date of request) are available with an additional fee.ARTIST RIGHTS
I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to use the piece as part of my portfolio, commission samples, or promotional posts on VGen or social media. If you wish to keep your commission private (not posted online), this can be requested for an additional fee. You are not permitted to edit, trace, or use AI tools to alter or generate work based on my art.USAGE RIGHTS
You are free to use the commissioned artwork for your own personal enjoyment. You may post the artwork on social media platforms, provided you give proper credit by tagging or mentioning me as the artist. If you want to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., selling products featuring the art, other profit-making uses), please inform me ahead. The artwork may not be used to create NFTs or to train or generate content with AI tools.REFUNDS
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the rough draft has been confirmed. If I failed to deliver the commissioned piece within 2 months, I will process a full refund.
